何水法

何水法，1946年生于浙江杭州。现为浙江省美术家协会副主席、中国国家画院国画院研究员。系中国美术家协会理事、国家一级美术师。1980年毕业于浙江美术学院（现中国美术学院）中国画系花鸟画研究生班。

He Shuifa was born in 1946 in Hangzhou, Zhejiang. He is currently vice chair of Zhejiang Artists Association and a research fellow at the Traditional Chinese Painting Institute of China National Academy of Painting. He is a member of China Artists Association and a national top-level artist. In 1980, he graduated from a graduate class of flowers and birds painting of the Chinese painting department of Zhejiang Academy of Fine Arts (now China Academy of Art).
