高卉民

高卉民，1948年生于黑龙江哈尔滨。现为黑龙江省美术家协会副主席，哈尔滨师范大学美术学院名誉院长、教授、博士生导师，中国国家画院国画院研究员。曾任哈尔滨师范大学美术学院院长等职。1976年毕业于哈尔滨师范学院艺术系。1982年进修于中央美术学院中国画系。

Gao Huimin was born in Harbin, Heilongjiang in 1948. He is the vice chair of Heilongjiang Province Artists Association, honorary dean, professor, and doctoral supervisor of the School of Fine Arts of Harbin Normal University and a research fellow at the Traditional Chinese Painting Institute of China National Academy of Painting. He was the dean of the School of Fine Arts of Harbin Normal University. In 1976, he graduated from the art department of Harbin Teachers College. In 1982, he studied at the Chinese Painting Department of Central Academy of Fine Arts.
