何家英

何家英，1957年生于天津。现为中国艺术研究院工笔书画院院长，中国美术家协会副主席，中国国家画院院委、国画院研究员。系天津市美术家协会副主席。曾任天津美术学院教授、博士生导师，天津画院院长。1980年毕业于天津美术学院绘画系中国画专业，获学士学位，并留校任教。

He Jiaying was born in 1957 in Tianjin. He is the president of the Institute of Gongbi Painting and Calligraphy of Chinese National Academy of Arts, vice chair of China Artists Association, and an Academy Committee member and a research fellow at China National Academy of Painting. He is the vice chair of Tianjin Artists Association. He is the president of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts where he also teaches and supervises doctor candidates. In 1980, he graduated with a bachelor’s degree in Chinese painting from the Painting Department of Tianjin Academy of Fine Arts and stayed there as teacher.
